Full transparency - I have no intention of getting the vaccine. I have an inherent distrust of the medical profession, in general. (I was a spectator of the unholy alliance of doctors and pharma reps in the 80s and 90s) But I can't help but think that there is no amount of objective evidence that would ever convince some people, that a story once reported, can ever be retracted or rebutted, with new evidence.

The ability to fast track drugs post the disastrous delays with early AIDS drugs has been a miracle, and one of the best outcomes of the philosophy of government getting out of the way of true progress. if they were identified as a covid case, yes. many died "with" covid, but only a fraction of the listed deaths died from covid/pneumonia
