Here is my 2 cents you didn't ask for, I worked residential construction most of my life and the wife runs a plumbing shop with about 25 employee's. The worker pool to hire from are people 18-40 years old, mostly male ( seems females are only interested in the office part). Almost without exception they cant work a full 40 hour week, I'm sick, my back hurts, I need to go to my kids game, I need to hide in the shitter for an hour on my phone,I need to get off work early, It never ends. If you fire them there is no one to replace them. They all stay up all night playing video games and smoking dope and have ZERO ambition.
