I told t-mobile to shove their lying bull shit up their ass, as I will not be lied to when I'm paying the freight. t-mobile lies worst than verizon, an i thought verizon was bad?
I coined the saying "Just because your paying for it does not mean you get to use it" that saying holds so very true for t-mobile, what a shit system.

I just got rid of AT&T because it seemed like the service kept getting worse in my area. I was tired of not being able to make calls or showing 2-3 bars of service and getting dropped calls. I was with them for probably 15 years and finally had enough. I liked Verizon, I had to get for a job I worked in Nevada. They were the only one that could get service in the middle of nowhere but the service is non existent where I live or I would still bed with them. I'm with US cell now and my first bill is fucked up so we will see how this is going to be, I may go without a fucking phone if this is going to be a regular occurrence. I'm not paying $234 a month for 2 smartphones and one flip phone.

I can put up with the occasional dropped call or bad signal. Had metro pcs (owners of T-Mobile) for nine years now.
6 smart phones, unlimited calls, text and data. $150 for all of it.
That would cover one phone through AT&T...

Re: AT&T
my wife used to have it and got tired of being charged for use of other towers and also Canadian towers while she was on US soil in Michigan. Also the shitty signal along I-75.

I've been in BFE South Dakota using AT&T towers without any charges.

My fishing buddy loses signal in the same places I do while on the water. Some times I have a signal when he doesn't. He's also on All Tits & Twats service plan.

I've actually had great success with T-Mobile, one of the issues with just about any carrier is never go to one of the stores if you can help it, use their web service or call their customer service numbers at a time when the USA operator shift is working. I was pretty much told straight out one time by one of the customer service reps for another carrier that the store reps pretty much will say any lie to try to get you to get whatever service 'upgrade' they are being paid to promote.

But if you are in the south west, around the late part of this year, the new low band T-Mobile towers will be up & the new generation of phones that supports that band will be out & most likely you'll have great coverage.

New flagship phone with Verizon.

Annytime I installed a new app the phone wacked out and I had to reboot in safe mode to uninstall the app. Tried more than a dozen different apps with the same results.

Verzion's response was to tell me how to uninstall an app.

Switched to TMobile. Better service, lower bill and unlimited data.

Had Verizon for years . One night the wife leaves here phone outside and it rains phone takes a crap . So I call V and remind them that I should be getting a new phone every year according to my contract . Well only my phone is gtg wifes phone is an add on , blah blah , bu)shit story , sales pitch later they'll give me one free and one for fifty bucks . They send em , never honor it so I send em back , pay off monthly bill and cancel . Motherfuckers are to this day chasin me for what started as $800 and after changing collection hands over fifteen plus years is now over two grand . FUCK VERIZON . I will not pay an equipment charge I dont owe and tell every collection agency fuck off or I get a fuckin lawyer . Hate those mothers fuckers as much as I hate Insurance company employed claim adjusters .

All this BS is why I switched.
I buy my phones outright, set up the service I want and pay my bill.
No contacts, no BS.
I pay the bill, I get phone service.
I don't pay when the bill is due, it gets shut off.
Simple

I went Metro PCS about five years ago and love it . I pay less fo three phones with unlimited everything and wifi hot spot than I did for two with Tmobil . I get coverage in Michigan , Jersey ,
Pa , Vegas , Chicago , Cali and down 95 through and past DC .

I've got phones on Verizon, att, and tmobile. There's still some spots i go where i have no signal, but they're small. One of the perks/ curses of being a phone guy. I'm always reachable.

We had sprint for a really long time. Then, when we moved there was no signal in our house. We switched to Verizon. Lots of people get butt hurt over cell carriers. What a waste of misplaced indignation.

May be so but when you have great coverage with them for 4+ years then they change the sectors (yes I know about that shit)an tell you if you don't like the coverage now, find a different carrier! Nice thing is they like to record you as I them, so it's on tape on both ends! When I played mine for 6 of their supervisors, they dug up theirs an low and behold they matched. Fuck t-mobile those arrogant fucks will never see me again. Plus after passing the story to others in the area who are also having problem now there is a bunch leaving their B/S fucked up system. Many are dumping wireless, an going back to landline an just keeping the phone w/o activation for 911 an any other 3 digit call. The fucking wireless ind says they are to big to fail, ya will I heard that about GM, Chrysler, TWA, Eastern an many others so keep fucking your own pocket with attitude, Many a wireless company has went tits up in the last 20 years an nothing is to big to fail.

I won't do a contract with anyone. I purchase cell service from Tracfone (4500 minutes and 5000 texts) annually for $200.00. It also includes some data, but I really don't use it. I been able to get service anywhere I've traveled in the U.S.

I've had all the big carriers except T-Mobile at one point in time or another, they each have their quirks, I'm currently with VZW. Sprint struggles to give away service, their networks really do suffer and I dumped them for that reason along with their phone bands not being good for cross platform usage, I need to travel internationally with my phone and Sprint does not do well in that regard because they operate on different bands. I was pleased with AT&T for their pay as you go service since I was hardly in the US while I had them as well as I was able to use my phone I picked up in Dubai with their SIM, but once I returned I had a lot of issues with their coverage in areas I was typically at. The main place I couldn't get a signal was my gun range in the boonies where I absolutely feel having a signal is necessary, so I asked a couple fellow shooters who they had and Verizon was the only one with coverage, hence my switch. I very rarely don't have a signal anywhere in the mid-Atlantic region. The kids have T-Mobile, they bitch a lot about not having signal where I have one, gasping for their Facebook like a landed fish on a hot pier. Kids...

In my house where I live in the sticks and have a brick home, I had to start using WIFI Calling to get good service (highly recommend that for anyone who struggles to get indoor coverage where they have reliable WIFI), otherwise I often lose signal and smoke my battery if my phone is in my pocket as it is searching for signal, zero issues since I made that adjustment. I pay a bit for for my service, $90/mo for two lines and 6 GB data, I won't go to their unlimited since last I checked I couldn't WIFI hotspot with it and I need that capability, and my lady and I have yet to crack 2 GB in a month anyhow but we like the safety net if we need to.

I never have had billing issues with any of them, not a one, I always pay on time and make sure I understand my terms of service down to every line though. These days I buy my phones outright and stab in the SIM card, including internationally when I'm there for extended work. I refuse to have a contract with any of the companies, and I use a phone for much longer than they feel I should with their "upgrade" services they use to lure you to them.

Really though, the difference in cellular companies is like the difference in airline carriers - they all suck in their own way. It all comes down to what kind of shitty service a person is willing to deal with. Verizon and United sucks the least for me, everyone else has their own opinions and experiences.
