My gun club has a swap meet today and I have a couple of powder keys 8lbs each to sell. I am trying to determine the market price of same. I have checked powder valley, graft and sons, Sinclair, brownells, and midway. All advertised prices are less than what I paid for mine some time ago.

However, non of these vendors have the powder in stock, so I need to set a price that has some basis in reality.

Any suggestions on a site that has these powders in stock so I can set a price for powder for vendor who can deliver today?

I think you meant your club used to sell Varget for $160 each, because nobody has sold to clubs/dealers at that price in over a year. I've had dealer orders in place for at least fifteen months, and only one shipment has be filled for an average price of $210 each.

Nope. They sell it for $160 currently. Picked some up and some h322 2 weeks ago. We also got in BL-(c)2, which I Hadn't seen in 1.5 yrs, 700-x, h355, and some others that I don't use. We haven't been able to get Alliant powders for 2 months though.

Luckily, my club hasn't marked stuff up. But I was there and a local reloading store was there buying powder from them, which probably explains why some places sell it for more. They were buying 1lb containers for $23 and selling it at their store for $30. I'Ve been there when they were on the phone with Chris Hodgdon, so they must be getting it directly from them. We obviously don't have every thing I want. I'M still waiting on the clays line on powders, but I have some 700-x and 20/28 to get me through the year .... I think.

I was at a local gun show and they were selling Varget for $180.

Not sure where you get your info, but your getting very bad intel there bud. I bet they may be buying it from somewhere like me and you can get it and then are reselling, kinda like the 22lr flippers. I have personally witnessed this first hand.

I just ordered 8lb of 4350 from Wideners-$170.00. There are a lot of price gougers and "flippers" out there, however; I believe within the next 2 months we are going to see a Real lightening up in the powder shortage dept.
