Rifle Scopes Premier warranty service experience

I own quite a few Premier scopes and for the first time I had to have some work done. Just a little oil on the ocular not even really noticeable except with a bright light shining into the scope from the rear. But being the perfectionist I am I wanted it cleaned. I contacted Trevor at Armament and had it in Paul Lange's hands in two days. I told him I needed it quickly and he said he would fast track it for me. They didn't clean it they replaced the whole ocular with a brand new one!! and had it back in my hands in five days minus the weekend!! I was in contact by text with Paul the whole way and communication was excellent. That's legendary service fellas!

That's a great experience and it's nice to hear it! I've never had any problems with my Premiers but with the changes over the last couple of years I've wondered what level of service would be provided.

I'm waiting on a scope repair sent out a week and a half ago via UPS. Looking forward to getting it back.

Can't complain...my Heritage has been running like a clock for 2.5yrs till the elavation stopped tracking.
