Q to cease and desist making honey badger “pistols”

Just got an email from q regarding the honey badger, atf ruling it is a sbr now.

Atf going after braces now?!?!? I sont have a hb,and honestly don’t remember what their brace consists of, but this is a slippery slope......

I don't have a. Q, but what does this mean for the current ones in circulation? Do they have to send to a sot and file a form 1 or 4 to turn it into an sbr? Or is there a grandfathered in type thing?
