So recently ordered a rcbs hand priming tool. Tool didnt work because the safety gate assembly was to short. Called rcbs and they are sending the right gate assembly free of charge. Its hard to find good customer service these days. Thumbs up to these guys. Will def be buying more rcbs gear.

I had a similar situation with a decapping rod. It was my own fault that it got bent, but they replaced it free of charge. Great customer service!

Agreed. I lost the spring on my hand priming tool and had a replacement within 3 days at no cost.
