Being using this for a while now. Maybe a year or so.
Zero is wondering and today I watched it go up .1 .2 .3 and back down again. I also have to zero it after every charge and then re weigh some charges just to check. The charge is often out by .1 g.
Called customer service. He told me to wipe it down with a dryer sheet but I am not sure it helps.
Certain types of bulbs and cell phones near by might be an issue but I load in the day light and the cell phone is not near.

Any other ideas without buying a "balance beam".

Thanks

Sometimes a long warmup helps resolve the problem.

Try the scale in another, completely isolated location . . . on a different circuit.

Sometimes the problem is voltage or noise on the line, in which case clamping a ferrite core onto each end of the power cord helps. Or, if you have a UPS for one of your electronic devices, see if plugging the scale in there solves the problem.

If the power supply is a separate wallwart, try substituting another. Either a universal (with multiple power plugs) or one with the same output voltage, the same amperage or more, and the same plug and polarity.
