Sidearms & Scatterguns Reassembling help with Zero Tolerance 301

Today I took apart my ZT 301 for the first time to give it a good cleaning (big mistake) and now I cant get it back together to the point where it flicks open smoothly. Does anyone have a link to the steps needed put this thing back together again? ZT/Kershaw include no diassembly/reassembly instructions with the knife. Are the copper washers supposed to be lubed or dry? Any help appreciated.

Can you clarify what exactly is wrong with it? Does it open part way and stop? Is it gritty? Have you tried loosening the pivot a little?

Cellphone camera is your friend...if used while disassembling.

Probly tighten the screws little much, doesn't take much just hand snug it up and see if it helps.

Looks like I figured it out. The problem was that when I tightened it to the point of removing any play in the blade it wouldn't flick open. A little oil on the copper washers seems to have solved it.

I did the same thing and had the same fix. I love these knives
