Recommend a gunsmith in Central NC?

I need a barrel threaded for a muzzle brake and/or suppressor (althought it doesn't look like local LEO signs off on many of these around here...maybe if he looses his reelection campain I can get him during his lame duck month). My research tells me there is a "right way" and a wrong/less right way to do this. I'm willing to pay more to have it done right.

Anyone have a recommendation in the RDU/Chapel Hill/Hillsborough/Burlingon/Greensboro area?

Call Chad at Tactical Suppressed Weapons. Talk to him. I am in Durham and have one of the 30cal tubes from TSW. Also in the area is Precision Rifle Sales in Mebane, they also thread barrels last time I asked them.
