I am currently useing a rem 40X benchrest trigger with the screw in the trigger shoe and the flat safty. On my M24 build It is very nice.

I have never used custom triggers before and this is by far the nicest.

I have heard good things about the timney 510
Would there be any benefit in accuracy if i switch to the timney?
I chose this model because i like the adea of sticking with a wide trigger shoe. And i have read and heard alot of good things about it. Also it is in my price range.

Any one have any imput?

thanks

40x is a nice trigger. My LTR came with one and the Timney I bought to replace it is still in the box. I was expecting the remmy to come with the x mark unit, so I bought the Timney before the rifle even got to me. Waste of money cause the 40x has been great.

Not sure that you'll find any accuracy difference between the two.

I have a 510U on my rifle. It's built on the Skunkworks action and Mike developed it specifically for his action. I think they work on any Defiance action.

Anyhow, I absolutely love my 510U.

Way would changing a triger increase or decrease accuracy? The only things I know that will affect accuracy are bedding, action lock-up, ammo and barrel. Everything else will only reduce your shooting falts, not the rifles.
Just my 2 cents.

Ok You guys made it an easy decision.
I actually really like the 40X so i guess ill stick with it.
Thought i would ask for some feed back before i made the decision.
Thanks
