I went there two days ago for the first time and it was a very moving experience. I definitely recommend going there if you ever get a chance

It's a place I still want to see.
72 years ago... within just a few years, we will have lost all those who witnessed Pearl Harbor as soldiers, sailors, airmen or Marines. End of an era.

Been there twice, would go again.
But, where has all the fanfare gone for these hero's.
My dad served in the Navy pacific during WWII, the stories! I have seen his ship number a few times in documentaries,
I truly believe its the worlds greatest generation and doubtful any generation will ever be or do what they did.
