Rings and base for a lighter weight build

So I have used Badger steel rings and bases on my last few builds . I want to build a lighter rig this time so I am asking the experts . Who makes a high quality aluminum base and rings ? This is a .308, so recoil is not a huge issue. TIA

I like the EGW bases since they are made of 7075-T6 aluminum. This material has a yeild strength of 73000 psi where as the badger bases made of 4142 is 90000 psi so you are not giving up much in strength and still saving 1/2 the weight with the EGW base.

I'm a big fan of nightforce ultralight rings as well.

How are the Badger aluminum bases ? I have read mixed reviews of the EGW bases.
