I wouldn't believe it if I didn't read it in multiple places. The single shot, I can see, but doing it twice... wow. That is, what 20" / 2706 yds / 100 /1.05 = .7 MOA at a mile and a half and pretty far past max effective range. That is incredible, conditions right or not.
