Sa 85m KBI import where can you get real life value for AKs

Insurance adjuster wants real life value of my AK and have no clue where to go for reference. Blue book of gun values says its worth 400 but they also say the kassanar full name is only worth 600 and the ruger 44mag lever action is only worth 450 lol. Im having a hard time finding a reliable value for the AK market.

Yep, I mean, it's what they're ACTUALLY selling for.

There's also "gundeals" or something like that? They list for sale prices of various weapons across the 'net from multiple dealers.

$400? That's probably the "TRUE real world value of an AK in a Western market" but it's not the going value of an AK in the USA by a long shot. Not in twenty years anyway.

How much will it cost to replace it with a new one? That's how much it's worth. If insurance wants to play fuck-fuck games and only pay half of a $1000 rifle, tell 'em it's a $2000 rifle. And they always have shit on 'em and that'll need to be replaced too...
