I've been up and down the internet's avenues searching, and think I've found my answers...but would like the opinions/advice of the wiser!
Basically, I'm looking for a higher-capacity magazine for my Savage 10FCP-K (.308 version). I've already contacted SharpShooterSupply to inquire about their 9-round mag extensions, though I'm hesistant to pay their $90/apeice price. I've debated whether or not I could/should modify the stock 4-round DBM...I have decent metalworking skills so I presume that it could be done. Anyway, I'm also aware of the ACI DBM kit, but again...not willing to spend the $300+ for the kit, and $80/apiece mags.
So, I'm fishing for any other available options. Are there any, or is this a dead-end?
