Hoped this would be the outcome - the “magic” forming moment of threat some lower courts have dreamed up basically said - no matter what happened before during-or after if at anytime a brave hero felt scared he could shoot who ever for whatever reason and be justified.

Hopefully this will help correcting the things I constantly post - I’d be thrilled if I could end my YouTube channel the first morning I can’t find 500 horrible police interacting the news aggregates . Thrilled .

Don’t forget this case got to SCOTUS because some TX highway patrol boys pulled over a rental car that had a months old ticket against the plate for not paying a $6.00 toll- and with in seconds they shot him in the face a few times . Then investigated themselves and found that totally reasonable.

Are you going to commission a statue of the victim?

I think once you jump on the car you did it to yourself. You have a patrol car for a reason. It’s the same as a few years back when to cop jumped on a cars hood when they took off.

We normal people don’t do that.
Well you normal people have fun doing I guess normal stuff .
And the rest of us will be concerned when those who swore to serve and protect needlessly shoot so many people get another case has to go to the high court .

Guy in this case rented a car to go to work, that car had not paid a toll sometime in the past - he was t cartel or ms-13 never seem to see stories of those guys getting gunned down. But go do normal things .
