The DVD is out. Bought it, watched it, very glad I did.

Epic crusader action transforms into a dark and portentious quest.

Nicolas Cage has brought off a series of pictures involving sorcery and the supernatural, and he makes it stick. Best yet, in my humble estimation.

Excellent, seamless effects with searing impact.

Took forever to get that movie done. It went away for a long time and then came back. They were changing stuff quite a bit. Some of it was fun to work on. I did the sounds for the weapons, fighting stuff, backgrounds, foley cutting (at least a lot of it), and some other random areas. Good team, liked the guys (usually do). Some cool moments in that film.

Hey come on man, I'll do the sounds for your logo for free. Just send it to me.

ETA - sorry, misinterpreted on my end. Need some sleep. Cheers!

Re: Season of the Witch

A lot of these shows have turned into insane 14 hour days 7 days a week for the last few months before it hits theaters. That was the exception 10 years ago, maybe the last week or so. Now it's more the norm about 50% of the way into production. Don't let anyone tell you "computers do all the work" - we bust our asses on these films and often need serious recoil therapy once they are delivered. Hmm, if only that was enough to get CA DOJ to give us NFA permits
