What are some of the basic fundamentals to focus on when shooting for precision?

Things I'm having trouble learning
Best way to grip a rifle?
Trigger finger placement / Trigger press?
Body Positioning? (Mainly shooting benched and prone at 100yards for groups.)
Follow through?

And whatever else you guys feel is important to focus on when training at the range.

Recoil management, obtaining a clear sight picture, finding your natural point of aim, getting into and out of position, keeping a log book, slowing down to practice, and above all, enjoy yourself because shooting is supposed to be fun :^)

Good questions. Sign up for the online training rather than saving up for the most expensive shit most people can't afford. Listen to the OG podcasts. Participate in topics about getting behind the rifle and shooting. Go to competitions and network.

You cannot learn all of this stuff by yourself and even with the videos, it is really difficult to know you are doing everything correctly.
The sooner you get actual hands on training the better. Learning new stuff is much easier than unlearning bad habits. Training never really stops, it may morph into something called practice but, unless the fundamentals are ingrained and refreshed now and then, you will just be practicing bad habits mixed in with the good stuff.

Thanks for all your guys responses, every single post was great advice , those videos from Frank are gold.

Sign up for a local Appleseed. Best training you can get for $60, and very beginner friendly. Plus it's a ton cheaper (and easier imo) to learn fundamentals on a .22.
