Rifle Scopes Sierra's Great Customer Service

I bought 4 500 count boxes of Sierra's 168 SMK's. One sealed box was noticably lighter than the other 3. 10.2 lbs vs 12.2 lbs. I opened the box counted the bullets, only 414 in the box. Called Sierra and told them about the 86 missing bullets. 5 days later a 500 count box of the 168 SMK's shows up at my door via UPS. Thanks Sierra.

I had heard if you show up at their factory you can get a tour of the facility. I showed up once and figured I'd have to wait for a few more people to come before they showed us around. Nope. One of the tech's came out and walked me through the bullet making and testing process solo. I was impressed. Oh yeah, I like their bullets, too.
