Sierra's Great Customer service

I bought 4 500 count boxes of Sierra's 168 SMK's. One sealed box was noticably lighter than the other 3. 10.2 lbs vs 12.2 lbs. I opened the box counted the bullets, only 414 in the box. Called Sierra and told them about the 86 missing bullets. 5 days later a 500 count box of the 168 SMK's shows up at my door via UPS. Thanks Sierra.

A few years ago I sent them an email asking where I could buy a poster for my man room. They asked for my address and sent me a poster, patch and a few stickers. Great guys who will have my loyalty for a long time.

Hm, I should call them as well. One of my 175 500 SMK boxes weighs less than the others by a fair amount.
