finally got it in after almost 2 years of waiting. Sig was a little screwed up on their paperwork because it was going out of state. Finally talked to the right person at the pro shop and he fixed in 2 hrs what the rest couldnt in 2 years.

The suppressor is pretty impressive. Its steel direct thread but its only 6.6" long and .9lbs!!! How many steel suppressors pull that off. These are lighter because theres no outer shell. The baffle is one piece and welded together. The titanium suppressors are much bigger, but weight the same but are up to 4 dbl quieter. Only the bottom piece is serialized so if you get a baffle strike just send it back and theyll replace the aft portion. No need for a new can.

Its going on a .284 win and a 6/250 ai. In other 7 months, i hope to offer a range report. I can tell you from prior testing, aside from being ugly, the titanium cans are really good and take serious abuse.

1st of all congratulations! I hope you enjoy it very much. Please post picks later.

I have been looking at the Srd 762 Titanum cans. I am about to start a thread to ask for comparisons between the Sig Srd762 Ti qd and the Thunderbeast Ultra 9.
I want to know which is the most quite and has the least back pressure. I know they both have minimal impact shift, as in nearly none.

I didnt think of taking a picture of it but the next time im at the gun store i will. Sig suppressors are very good about blow back with very little actually speeding up the bolt on an AR. They are one of the quietest cans on the market. Youtube them and i think youll be impressed. If you find the video of the FN 240 with the full auto suppressor on it I actually took that video.

Honestly think it comes down if you can stand how ugly the Sigs are. I believe both suppressors offer the same reductions and about the same price. Maybe a tip of the hat towards the sig on price.

I'm not aware of side by side meter results of the Ultra 9 or 7 vs. this SIG can. If anyone has a video of proper testing I'd love to see it. If anyone has this can and is within driving distance of Cheyenne, bring it up and we can meter everything.

On an AR platform, blowback is almost always inversely proportional to muzzle suppression.
