I don't recall, He shut the threads down pretty quickly by prohibiting us from commenting on them unless we provided certain assurances that we would pay the legal fees of the Hide and any other member that got caught up in the lawsuit. Weren't companies that I do business with anyway, so I didn't pay that much attention.

BTW, on my monitor that's post 241, not 244. Maybe yours is different somehow?

Counter sue, this is called Chilling Effect on Free speech, or SLAPP, when this is done look into the legality of suing these people. This sht needs to stop, this is the United States ferkrissakes.

in our Case, Florida does not protect us from a SLAPP Suit, only if we were sued by a HOA ... each state is different, protections are limited.

Abuse of Process is more likely route.

These companies are trying to farm out their QC in the form of rumor control through the court system.
