I have given cpr to people numerous times. Nearly every time the patient came away with broken ribs. But they lived. If she was out of her mind they may have saved her life by taking her in during her psycotic episode or whatever. When people resist there isnt time to put on kidd gloves, it is always life and death even when its not.
so the police need to have a full medical history before dealing with someone? how many crack heads have some form of mental illness? should we handle them with kid gloves too?
frankly she was fighting and got a dislocated arm....i didnt see anything unusually brutal about how the officer restrained her......that seemed to be mostly her doing.

My small town had no problem passing a $1000 fine for every business that did not enforce the city covid ordinance. It was short lived but happened none the less. The police had no problems making sure everyone obeyed. I went round and round with our asshole chief. He told me he will enforce any law before him. What’s next? Why would I want to get to know these guys who would enforce shit like this?
