Dunno I doubt they'll get prints on the weapon, this sounds planned out. Keeping the spent casing in the chamber isn't something that a random shooter would do, especially if they had more rounds loaded up. The shooter went there with one job in mind, and that was kill Charlie, and allow the police to find the weapon and other ammo to send a message.

If you have empathy for one, you should be capable of having empathy for all, regardless of what race or political affiliation they have, because we are all human.
