States with loosest gun laws

Wahoo UTAH gets an F from Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence. Anyone notice Texas is not on the list. Not sure why Texas has the reputation as a super duper gun state, it is middle of the road. Not slamming Texas, more the idiots who perpetuate that rumor.

I have to disagree. There are only a few counties that have legalized prostitution and the number of woman involved pale in comparison to the porn industry of California.

Ah, but I'd bet real money that every stripper and porn star in Cali also lives or works in or around Las Vegas- at least some of the time. As the two groups- legal prostitutes, and transient strippers and porn stars are additive, I'm going to argue Nevada still wins...

Boy, did this thread go downhill in a hurry lol. But at least my home state continues to win this debate every year, way to go Arizona!

Thread titles that may have fared better...

"States with the most promiscuous gun laws.."

"Can I get HIV from shooting a gun I picked up from a street corner?..."

Wyoming #3 !!

One thing I am lobbying the State Legislature for, is making our "Constitutional Carry" universal and not just for residents of 6 months or more. As far as I can tell Wyoming is the only State that limits Constitutional Carry to residents.

My home State of Maine includes nonresidents (or as we call them up there "Flat Land-ers" with a special distinction for "Mass-Holes" :p). Even my birth State of Colorado allows concealed carry in a vehicle (Limited Constitutional Carry) for nonresidents.

As far as I am concerned traveling is when you need to be carrying the most.....

What dorsnt make sense to me id Kentucky. My county borders the Ohio River across from Kentucky. They make you take a class for a handgun permit, Indiana doesn't. Indiana offers a lifetime handgun permit and a thousand ways you can transport a gun without a permit. The Indiana legislature has been trying to get carry without a permit. Just surprised Indiana isn't on the list with the lifetime permit.
