I'm tossing around the idea of ordering an OBR before I take the marriage plunge as kind of a last bachelor toy. If I do order one, I'm going to be switch hitting scopes between it and a bolt-action, so likely I'll have to go with a QD mount (but initially, it'll be a set of Badgers), probably the OBR mount from LaRue. I plan to get in on the 3-20x50 S&B if/when it comes out.
Naturally, I'm concerned with a comfortable cheek-weld that puts me right behind the glass. I really don't care for the weight of the PRS stocks so that leaves the option of a CTR with RISR if I want more height. Have any of you guys run the CTR w/RISR and LT-111 mount with good comfort? Or should I save my money and carry the extra weight of the PRS? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
