Gunsmithing Stock upgrade question… Factory Remington WSM

I have a factory wooden stocked CDL SF in 300WSM I want to start upgrading. I know it’s a short action magnum,,, here’s the dummy part, is it the same outside dimensions as a standard short action?

I want to buy the stock in the link below if it will fit without having to alter it other than bedding/pillars… Can someone please help?!?

Yup always expect to do some work on them. I've never had one fit quite right even if inletted by the majors.
