Subsonic, blowback upper recommendations

I'd like a pistol caliber upper to make as quiet of an modern sporting rifle as possible. I've looked at conversion kits from Stern and Macon but I haven't been able to dig up many reviews. 45 acp would likely be my drug of choice.

I would trust anything made by Macon Armory.

CMMG radial delayed would be my choice. Direct blowback suck as suppressor hosts comparatively to radial or roller delayed.
