The dems don't care about the Constitutionality of their ridiculous Mueller circus. Its purpose will be served long before any of it gets anywhere near the SCOTUS. Mueller is there to keep Trump's approval numbers down by keeping shit stirred - period.

Dem legislators just voted the worlds richest man, depending on which way the wind blows, huge tax breaks and Swillwell is wanting to invest Trumps tax returns just to show the reality that Trump used every loophole available to pay less taxes (by percentage) than warren Buffets secretary.
