You will need one with the HK Hooks on the sling.

It really is a personal preference. It is also a way to provide a little padding for your support hand. The RO video touches on this briefly as well (1:18):

It also reduces the transmission of your pulse to the rifle stock by a small degree (you notice the effect of it even less in a sitting position compared to prone).

    Nice videos Mike!

And on an AICS or other rifles with sling attachments on the sides of the stock-you may want to try shooting with the sling attached to the strong side of the weapon's forearm. On my McMillans I have fluchcups on the right side (right handed) for shooting slung up.

Re: TAB Sling In Prone & Sitting Position

Last time at the range I was trying to figure out the best way to shoot from the sitting position but nothing felt right. I'll try this out and see how it goes this wkend. Thanks for the videos!!

Re: TAB Sling In Prone & Sitting Position

I've ordered a lot of stuff over the past few years and much of it is way overhyped crap, but I took a chance on a TAB sling and it was one of the better choices I've made. They're very nicely done, infinately adjustable, and most important (to me) rugged and stout. I like shit you can beat up.

    +1 BattleAxe

Updated what we have available two posts up. We just put an order in for more gear, so if you're not seeing what you're looking for, we'll probably have it soon.

    Thanks,
