According to a new safety report from Anthropic, the Claude Opus 4 AI model will use blackmail, when given the opportunity, to ensure its own survival
Within 10 years it will be illegal to drive your own car. Every vehicle will be self driving.

It already does this when it will disable self driving mode and lock you out of it for what it deems misbehavior.

Self driving cars were ( imo) designed not to make driver's life easier but to actually take the fkng stupid human out of the equation. However, the software was written/designed by humans. So guess what, crashes and worse still happen. HAL would be proud.
Don’t forget the AC, and the gas stove. They’ll rip them right out of your house.
If it runs out of ammo, it can squirt you with trans fluid.
