The Downfall of America........

"Today’s announcement leaves American energy developers in a period of extended uncertainty, with no future offshore lease sales scheduled," Hopkins continued. "This action defies Congress’ mandate in the Inflation Reduction Act, jeopardizes U.S. energy security and violates the Biden administration’s energy obligations to the American people."

No one should be surprised.....he literally said he was gonna make gas and diesel disappear......

tongue & cheek should be visible inside my response. Being safe for many is that warm blanket feeling knowing they have a smartphone, many others can see past the technology in hand and realize a determined foe can always find a means to bypass the best security practices. Stay Alert Stay Alive, read that on a sign in Canada, not sure how literally one should take it to be. Cheers

European aviation regulators have determined that an obscure London-based company supplied bogus parts for repairs of jet engines that power many older-generation Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 planes.
Manufacturing partners General Electric and Safran have been assisting in the probe of allegedly faked certification documents and unapproved parts for CFM56 engines that were distributed by London-based AOG Technics, according to the companies, public regulatory filings and letters to operators viewed by Bloomberg

The nest is not getting empty. Nearly half of all young adults are living with their parents, according to a new survey by Harris Poll for Bloomberg.
About 45% of people ages 18 to 29 are living at home, which Bloomberg said is roughly the same level as it was in the 1940s.

One more lesson for the Hood Rats.
They are creating their own "No Man's Land"... soon the paramedics and firemen will refuse to go there.

The company will close one store in New York City’s Harlem neighborhood, two locations in Seattle, three stores in the San Francisco-Oakland area and three more in Portland, Oregon. The discounter said it will shutter the stores for good on Oct. 21.
“We cannot continue operating these stores because theft and organized retail crime are threatening the safety of our team and guests, and contributing to unsustainable business performance,” Target said in a news release.
“We know that our stores serve an important role in their communities, but we can only be successful if the working and shopping environment is safe for all.”

Passing thoughts after reading a posted article in the PortaJohn section; with the overwhelming influx of Invaders being allowed into the Country, unknown external influences just a few years ago instigated racial tensions that resulted in large disturbances in many parts of the Country. But every time these events occurred and sometimes grew into multi-city events playing out at the same time eventually they burned themselves out. What if the "unknown external influence" driving theses events were attempting to create a spark to cause a need for emergency powers or marshal law to be declared, but they never succeeded to creating enough mayhem to force cause and reaction. Now they allow all these asylum seeking invaders into the US and deposit them in all the failed previously cities of agitation with the knowledge people living in these areas are willing to violently protest but just need more encouragement to act out? In other words Americans pitted against each other could not act with enough violence for the deep state to declare marshal law, but let's add a different external influence into the equation that being millions of invading asylum seekers and just maybe events with the population will take a natural turn of events. Without the masses rallying together, because we are to busy arguing about all these different problems we are allowing ourselves to be divided and conquered. What is it going to take 7 million Americans to camp out in the Swamp, peaceful assembly is the only way to stop this process anything else will be crushed and demonized by the media?

American's have been so highly "entertained" they either can't see what is happening or they are too frightened to face reality (denial). The low point distraction this week has been Taylor Swift watching her boyfriend play football.

I agree. Many have seen this coming and will get through it. Question is what will a person have when coming out on the other side ?
Health will become a deal breaker. The signs are already showing in the health care arena.

That is the real ticker, if that falls apart they will get the population reduction they are after. I do think it is coming.

High schoolers in Oregon won't need to demonstrate basic competency in reading, writing or math in order to graduate for at least five more years because, according to education officials, such requirements are unnecessary and disproportionately harm students of color.
"At some point … our diploma is going to end up looking a lot more like a participation prize than an actual certificate that shows that someone actually is prepared to go pursue their best future," former Oregon gubernatorial candidate Christine Drazan told Fox News.

Several mayors who welcomed a surge of migrants into their sanctuary cities are now requesting the Biden administration give them billions of dollars in federal aid to help support these new residents.
The mayors of Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles and New York have urgently requested to meet with President Biden about getting federal support or resources in managing these migrants.
In a letter obtained by The Associated Press, the Democratic leaders told the Biden administration on Wednesday that they appreciate the $1.4 billion in proposed aid but that they need much more — a whopping $5 billion — to ease the new burden on their cities.

They give Trump one day and the rest of the swamp can take years to testify.

NEW YORK (AP) — The judge presiding over the civil fraud trial of Donald Trump admonished him to keep his answers concise, reminding him and the courtroom that “this is not a political rally” as the former president and leading Republican president candidate began testifying in a lawsuit accusing him of dramatically inflating his net worth.
“We don't have time to waste. We have one day to do this,” an exasperated Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engeron said at one point. At another, he said, “In addition to the answers being non-responsive, they're repetitive."

I'm going to start a list of "Things that have Crashed in America" during my lifetime. In no special order, just as they come to mind.
  1. Financial - FED Reserve, Banks, Mortgages
  2. Health Care - Wait time to actually be seen by a real doctor.
  3. Transportation - Prior to the "Computer Revolution" I could ship a package from coast to coast in a few days. Look at today's wait.
  4. Craftsmanship - Look at a recently completed house, boat, car, remodel, oil change or anything requiring a bit of mechanical ability.
  5. Infrastructure Grid - Power, water, gas, telecommunications
  6. Local, old school hardware store.
  7. Education - Where have the teachers gone ? Fans Only ?
  8. Work Ethics - Endangered Species list
  9. Natural Resources - No longer harvested, mines or refined. Lumber, coal, oil,
  10. Food Production - Mega Farms, processed food

Just got another 10k.......should last me a bit.

Doc
Not 10K, but 3K small rifle, 1K large rifle (kinda pumped for those!), and 1K each large and small pistol.

plus a ‘fair bit’ more gold and silver.

I really, really wish we had better water access where we’re set up now…kinda regret selling our lake property earlier this year, but it was too vulnerable. Getting serious about our extended/mutual support network too.

At least you are thinking about water in the future.
What are your options ?

Right now, big ass pool, a hot tub, and rain barrels, LoL…. Need to get some more land a lot farther out with a well. We could theoretically sink a well here, but shit would have to get nuts to get it approved by the HOA…and the city.

Yeah, yeah… I know…

We have enough land to do a decent sized victory garden, and if shit truly goes sideways, a place to go with significant acreage, cattle and crops. Don’t want to even really contemplate that option though, I really, really like the softness of my upper middle class lifestyle!

Simplify your life. Divide people into two groups... Righteous or Evil

Even the Governments own people are sounding the alarms...

WASHINGTON, Dec 4 (Reuters) - White House budget director Shalanda Young warned in a letter on Monday to Republican House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson and other congressional leaders that the United States was running out of time and money to help Ukraine fight its war with Russia.
Democratic President Joe Biden's administration in October asked Congress for nearly $106 billion to fund ambitious plans for Ukraine, Israel and U.S. border security.
Republicans control the House with a slim majority, and funding for Ukraine has become politically controversial with some right-leaning lawmakers.
Congress has approved more than $110 billion for Ukraine since Russia's February 2022 invasion. But it has not approved any funds since Republicans took over the House from Democrats in January. The House and Senate last approved $45 billion in military, financial and humanitarian aid for Ukraine as part of a broader annual spending bill passed in December 2022.
