Got to get back to Louisiana for some shrimp and crab omelets. They had a sauce for it I can't remember .

One place in Bossier (another broken egg) had good ones, not as good as further south but thier bloody marys were good.

I have eaten waygu a couple of times, meh verv pricey.

If I had one I would start with a hardwood fire of my favourite steak mix of oak 60% and mesquite 40% or whatever your favorite wood is and go from there.

No gas or charcoal for that steak.

Bratwurst.

Bed of onions.
Bottle of beer very low simmer.

Grill and boil down onions and beer.

Top with sour crout and soft fried potatoes on the side.

Leftover steak from the grill last night, thin sliced and topped with mozzarella, salt, and some cayenne pepper. Slapped between Asiago cheese bread and thrown in the convection oven. Paired with some olive medley in Italian seasoned olive oil. It’s nap time

I would be embarrassed to show you a picture of my oven. I will have to try cleaning it. Do you leave the racks in there

No the racks come out.

The clean cycle heat burns the chrome finish off if you leave them in.
