9.5. Totally wont stabilize them adequately.. but that are sub MOA at 100 so far. Dont have time for a new barrel because I'll be out of the country by the end if this monthvor early next month. Otherwise I'd definitely get a 8 twist and really go to work.
77 SMK's will fly fine in a 1-n-8T. I shoot 600 yd. matches and I have perfect round holes and that's with an 18" barrel and get down to .5 MOA, with factory ammo, when I do my thing. Mac

Seems like 23-23.4 of 8208 with any 64-77 gr is pretty much the easy button.

I used to load 80gr SMK for my 300yd stage in High Power. 1:8 was fine, in 20" NM upper. Single load only naturally.
77s are fine in my 1:8 16in. Shot quite a bit of SMK both Federal and IMI.
However, I standardized this rifle on 75gr BTHPs.
