Thumbs up for forrester coax press!

I know this wont surprise anybody here but the way some are so quick to post a negative dealings with vendors I wanted to share how FC took care of me.I ordered a press a few weeks ago and when i opened the box one of the pins and the c clip that held it on broke (B pin). I called them up and a few days later it was in my mail box no charge.So a big Thank you to them!
