Gunsmithing Timing a Brake

I was thinking of putting a can on my 300 and my 338. Both are threaded 3/4x28 one has an badger thruster the other a FTE. How are the qd brakes from SAS timed. What I'm getting at is; is it a gunsmith thing or is it timed like a AR a peel washer or crush washer? SAS seems difficult to get hold of or I would have ask them. If someone has a better option to run one can on 2 rifles let me know.

Tim is a friend of mine we shoot together and he's hard for me to get hold of! He will usually answer an e-mail if you get that out to him, nice cans and nice qd breaks, just busy!
