Rifle Scopes Torque value for Leupold Mark 5HD 3-18

Just got the scope courtesy of Scott from Liberty Optics - awesome service.

I'm mounting the scope on a Larue Tac LT204 mount. Does anyone know what torque I should use for the rings? I read anywhere between 20-30 online but no one seems to know and nothing in the manual.
