Rifle Scopes Trijicon TR23-2G Question

I should be getting my Larue OBR next month and need to start thinking about a scope for it. I have two Trijicon Accupoints (one 2.5-10x56 and one 1-4x24) and really like them. However, all the complaining that the TR23 only has 50 MOA of adjustment makes me wonder if it will work. BUT, the Larue OBR has a built in 20 MOA rail. So, my question is, with the 20 MOA rail is the 50 MOA the TR23 has enough for 100 yards - 1000 yards?
