So if Armor meatpacking or IBM or Joe the Farmer hires an illegal, they are subject to charges and fines.

Why is it that Bernie's campaign can skate on this??? He is flaunting the law. Knowing that noone will touch him. He is apparently above the law, whether it comes to his campaigns track record of sexual harrassment, his wife stealing a college and pocketing millions... his millionaire 'socialist' lifestyle.

The rules don't apply to the elites....

Only to us, apparently.

Unless CBP and/or ICE... does their thing. Their sworn duty. To the Constitution. Or do they now swear an oath to the Congress and elected officials, not our founding principles and the documents containing them??

Trump should put Kobach in charge of DHS.

Task him with two things.

1. Build a wall where we need a wall, than institute strong Everify and other technology to capture anyone getting beyond the areas that have wall.

2. Formulate the plan for the decommissioning of DHS, return airport security to the individual state authorities that run them and make Border Patrol an independent agency with the simple mission of maintaining integrity of our govt borders.

E-Verify isnt worth a shit. There are dozens of people where I work who have one name on their pay stub, but prefer to be called by their real name, which is also the name they use on the Facebook.

The only thing Romney said in 2012 that made sense was (to wit) "If you remove the economic draw the illegals will self deport".

Problem is that Chamber of Commerce/big business is the aider and abettor of illegal border crossing.

There play is to get between the workers and the money. Use the voters to put them where they could never get otherwise. Live the life they could never achieve in a free market economy and screw the useful idiots, thier voters.

In a perfect world that would apply,however in the world we live in,the Elites make the rules and they change them as their game changes.
