Ultimate .223/5.56 load

Ok, say you were building a load for a 16-18” AR-15 with a 1/7 twist. Your goal is the absolute best external ballistics possible. What components would you chose (No expense spared). The load needs to fit in a magazine as well as perform in diverse environments (temp stable powder). Intended use would be mid-range gas gun matches.

How about powder, primer, and brass? Also, why those bullets?

I would look at 73ELDM over 23.5 to 24.5TAC with CCI450s. Start at 23.5 and work up.
