In the Unit Commander's Record pages two questions

Block 3 is to record "Zone" - What is the zone? It looks like Quantico is Zone "R1". Is this some sort of geographical record such as temperate, desert, arctic. I see if there is no "Zone", "NA" is the appropriate entry.

Block 4 records rounds fired that entry line and "EFC Value". I understand EFC to equal a total round count to that point but what is the actual meaning of EFC value?

    Thank you for your responses.

I assume you are filling it out for your M40A1?

"Zone" is left blank, or a dash is run through that block.

I'm almost positive that EFC Value means "Equivalent Full Charge Value", and is used for recording artillery shell counts. Only "Round Count" applies for what you are wanting.

Thank you for the response and knowledge.

Now where can I buy an artillery piece so I can get something to record full charge values?

We use the "Zone" as the name of the range or area the rifle was fired for that particular set of rounds.
