My dad had an issue with a Viper holding Zero and the magnification adjustment locked up at 18x. Vortex said send it back to them and they would resolve the issue. they couldn't fix the issue so they replaced the scope, sent a new sun shade, rag and all the packing peanuts you can eat... Great customer service and I plan on getting a Razor or PST to try out simply because of service
