As I am always looking for "Plan B, C, D...etc", in powders, found some W760 in my closet this morning, forgot I had it there. Checked in Sierra manual and came up with 2 loads; one at 53.1 gr, the other at 55.1 gr.
Bullets are 174 SMK, rifle is a '43 Tula sniper PU.
I will chrono both loads, the 53.1 should be around 2400; not sure of the 55.1 but shouldn't be too hot (I think).
Any of you tried this combo (or close) and if yes, how did it work for you?
