One lone Cow on side of road this morning. Damn thing was already across from the Bay/River side and decided to do an about face and go back where she came from. Stupid Elk.



Then I get to the Gulag and find a couple Inmates escaped and are casing vehicles to make their getaway!! Or their just double parked......

The cow wuz thinkin' "Gee, that's a purdy truck. Wonder what it would look like with my face buried in the front fender at 50 mph" ?......

You gonna dig out the interior to give a 4" slab ?

Buddy is bringing over his Packer Whacker Thingy to pound the hell outta the floor. Then we're gonna lay out the moisture barrier and spread the sand. It'll be a 4" inch floor right on top of what we have right now. All good.

And ya, I seen that Cow on the side of the road waaaaaay up ahead of me and just let off the gas as i was scanning for the Herd, but it was just her. Probably just calved or is getting ready to. Damn near got a twofer.

Went last night to town and the truck was making a weird noise. Turned around and put it in the garage. When I got out there was that sweet smell of antifreeze and a trail that Stevie Wonder could follow.
Water pump bearing was toasted.
Changed out the pump, all the hoses and the thermostat. I bet this one won't last 19 years.
After that it was time to hang the lights on the pergola. I'm pretty sure that is what the woman says it is. Don't ask me. I just build the stuff.

Shot in light rain this morning. Been putting off cleaning the “trainer” for awhile. It was still shooting in the 3’s having not been cleaned in 744 rounds (benchrest guys throwing up in their mouth right now ). A bit of carbon fouling, but no copper. Good barrels are a treat to clean.

Camo is mossy oak obsession vinyl wrap.

Over the Jeep experience. Frame is rust free. 1977 CJ5. Like all other CJ's I've known, this one still needs work. It never ends and I prefer to wrench on bikes.
