When I get to run both of these pieces of equipment on the same crisp, late fall day, I’m a happy man.

Cobia fishing in Tampa Bay
Where are the cobia?
Beer can looks empty. Must be before 0900.
A buddy of mine got spooled out of 200yds of 50lb braid the other day.
Damn thing went up the discharge channel and he couldn't turn it.
I never got on the cobia Thursday or Friday at Big Bend. I continuously circled the markers and drifted the channel with no luck. Blacktips are everywhere right now and are a good time on the yak.
Tell them to suck it.
That dog looks pissed off at you for making him pack in all that stuff.View attachment 7493524View attachment 7493525View attachment 7493526
Got out yesterday for our first winter hike of the season. Beautiful day to stretch the legs with the pooch and my better half!
So today, I am sitting down to enjoy some delicious home made ham and potato soup that Wife started yesterday and I see movement out my window. I put the soup down and picked up the Russian binos that dad picked up in Europe somewhere and watched some does. I Could use my landowner tag, but nah. Kept watching the woods behind the garage and noticed a few more does moving around. Then I saw why the were moving. Mr. Buck was sniffing around.Skunked 3 years ago. Shoulder surgery 2 years ago. Recovering from breaking my knee last year.
First deer in quite a while.
I was walking to where I wanted to sit and watch the lane when this feller stepped out and looked away from me. About 100 yards away. 450 bushmaster topped with a Nikon 3x9. Form 1 on the end.
At 0708 I filled my tag. Hunted The rest of the day with my buddies. Great day!

Was that old Chevy able to pull that heavy load?![]()
I'm in NOVA. Might have to try and hot wire that before you ship it out. LOLI drove up to Berwick, PA yesterday morning to complete the deal and drag this back to Virginia for my daughter's BF in Cali

You’re doing good C. Mild here as well with close to record breaking highs (low 50’s) over the next day or so. We’ll take it, only to pay for it later on. Hooterville signing out.We have had one of the mildest stretches of Nov/Dec weather in recent memory. My morning staggers are usually mid teens and today's pm high was 39°, mild breeze and full sunshine. It is terrible dry, the frost is going to deep this year (frozen water mains and sewer lines) unless we get lots of insulating snow. As of today, we have no snow. None, nada.
Took advantage of the conditions to finish up the Christmas lights.

That's about the extent of the decorating this year. If my kids found out I used a ladder, they would get really pissed, so don't tell them.
Need to get the grandkids a couple more little stocking stuffers and the eldest G. daughter her silver coins. That will take care of the presents. As to where everybody will be and when...have to play that day at a time. We have high, and climbing, covid numbers up here.
And that's the status report from S.E. Central Upper Dakota.
Same here with the silver. I used to give them Morgan's for Christmas until I learned they had been spent. Now I give them scratch tickets so they can learn how to throw money away quicker. I still give them a 10 oz. bar when they become teenagers, don't want to know about those. Same weather here in NE Nebraska we need some snow also.Need to get the grandkids a couple more little stocking stuffers and the eldest G. daughter her silver coins. After two knee surgeries, the old lady's knee is finally staying together. She likes doing the stairs over there, so we have been spending a lot of time there. She wont go near the tunnel though.
Thanks for the tips!If you see this boat out there watch what he does.

This guy owns it and knows how to catch them.
Here's his biggest from the power plant last year. He's on the right.

Magical boxes are interesting for sure.I know a magical box and it does NOT look like that one.
This here is what you want.

Fail to fire. I have quit counting the number of failures. I saved these to run through a plastic wal-hole 10/22

that many misfires out of how many rounds? Have you checked your firing pin channel to make sure it isn’t getting dirty?
All the same lot number for the FTFs? Maybe you got a bad lot and the priming mixture is off?Mr. Rooster,
I have disassembled the bolt assy twice. Clean it and chamber thoroughly. White glove action.
10% failure rate. I am guessing here. I quit counting. 10 in 100.
CCI SV = ZERO (0) failures
