    Ok,

So I'm loading a fair amount of 70+ gr loads. It's a PITA to sit around and do them by hand...

I've got an RCBS Charge Master, and a PACT scale/dispenser combo.

Honestly, I find both of them to be sensitive to vibration and frequently off by .1 to .3 grains frequently.

Are there any other better options out there??

A friend of mine has the lyman unit, it seems to be a POS and he is constantly bitching about it. I got my mits on the RCBS 1500 combo when I was home and got a chance to load 150 308 and 50 300 WM loads with it. its nice, there is a thread running around on the hide somewhere on how to speed it up a bit if its running slow. I found mine to fill em at the right pace while I would seat the bullet. no complaints Metered and read right on with my RCBS scale

I'm thinking that the PACT and the RCBS are just really sensitive.

I'm going to get a vibration dampener and try that before picking up something else...

I have my Chargemaster reprogrammed and it speeds up the charges a lot. Also have done the straw trick and I let mine auto dispense as well. It really cuts down on my time reloading.

I had the lymann and the RCBS. I put them in a test side by side and they were the same speed to dump 36 grs of varget. The RCBS I think is faster on larger grs of powder. I liked the RCBS better since it was easier to clean and just as good as the lymann. I ended up selling the Lymann on ebay. I now use a hornady thrower for my large quantity (223 and 22-250) and use the RCBS for the 270 and 308.....

    Ok,

After taking a good look around, I really haven't found anything that appears to be better than what I've got.

Soooo.... I've opted to go ahead and order a 1/2 inch neoprene vibration may to see if that helps.

Maybe that'll reduce the off charges.
