Which set up should i go with on this M1a EBR

Hey guys if i go with the Mod 0 then this set up would be complete with the following
Navy Model Sage EBR
Vortex PST 2.5-10x44 scope
SEI Navy/Coast Guard Brake
Sadlak tactical Mag Release
H20 mans trigger shoe
XS sights EBR M14 front sight and rear

Or i would go with this one a Mod-1 with
CTR with a custom Zombie Hunter riser
Hogue grip
i would take the PST off and either go with a Micro T-1 or a Zombie EoTech model Xps when they come out this year.

I am also buying a complete TRW parts kit and would replace the springfield parts with them on either rifle.

I say Mod 1 because the EBR I've handled and shot had a similar setup on the backend and I found it pretty comfy. With the riser, it was directly in line with the irons as well. I haven't shot a Mod 0 however.

Edit: not feeling the Zombie bits...but the overall Mod 1 idea I do like

I voted Mod 0 - that rifle looks ready for some serious business! I thought the Mod 0's were designed w/a vortex flash hider...not a brake?

i did some upgrades on it AvsFan. i have the sage 1 inch butt extender coming in the mail. i am also going to change the pistol grip on the mod 1.

I would go with the mod 1 and sling the mod 0 off the nearest dock. I would also have to put some tape over the zombie hunter bit.

Sorry, I have zero love for the sage rear stock. Have not tried the mod 1, but the mod 0 drives me nuts, especially if you have ever used your irons. Honestly that mod 1 has got to be an improvement over the mod 0, I would like to shoot one and see.

If it were mine I'd part it out and get a GAP10 with the $$$$...

However, if you want to keep it:

2nd pic, leave the scope and ditch the foregrip (I don't see what good it is doing you there) and mount a bipod. I'd also mount the scope further forward in the rings so that the rear one isn't up against the turret box. Also wouldn't buy a TRW parts kit unless something breaks but that is due to my if it works don't fuck with it philosophy.

BCP i am buying the TRW parts kit for back up parts. also with the mod 1 set up i was going to take the scope off and put on a micro t-1 . i haven't really mounted that scope the right way yet. waiting to see what i am doing really.

The Mod-1 with the CTR is pretty sweet. Throw a Short dot on there instead of the Eotech and itd be even better.

The Mod-0 I shot (in my avatar) had the exact same break as is pictured there. I personally would stay with the mod 0. These things are beastly to be running and gunning with.
