The ones with records and have them shouldn't.
Aren't they the ones being arrested?

The ones that shouldn't have them aren't getting FOID's.
All publishing this list would do is give the burglers in Ill. a list of homes that have firearms. Then they have the choice; avoid these addresses (at least if anyone is home), or bread and enter to steal the guns. As far as I am conserned no GOOD reason to publish the list and a lot of good ones to just not get the card.
