Anti-gun group targets Kroger

The gist of this is, that these ignorant females are telling Kroger they will boycott each weekend until they make people stop carrying CCW or Open.

As a group, we need to let Kroger know that if they kowtow to these ignorant females we will make a boycott larger than these ignorant ffemales ever thought could happen.

These women do not speak for our women, nor do they speak for us firearms owners.

Here is the link. BLOW THIS FUCKER UP letting them know that we are much larger than those anti-gun (can I use CUNT here?) could ever imagine. They may have a few soccer moms, but we are much larger and we hold the power of thousands here at this site, and on social media. Spread the word!

Done. Thanks for the heads up.

I recently heard that some people might boycott if Kroger does not implement a no concealed carry/open carry gun rule. I just want want to say that my fiancé, myself and all of my friends, their wife's, our mothers, fathers and children will find somewhere else to shop in the Macon Georgia area if such a rule is implemented. The grocery stores parking lots are a favorite place for our local criminals and if our right to protection is taken away from us we will go elsewhere. Thank you for your consideration of the many thousands of us in this area who share this thought/belief/right with me, we do appreciate it. As of right now eveyone I know shops at Kroger.

What are they going to do if it goes through... put metal detectors in to make sure nobody concealed carries in their stores. Thats the point of concealed carry, nobody should know you are carrying.

Done.

Stuff like this is why I think open carry is counter productive, in addition to the fact it is less tactically sound for the one who carries. Do I think it should be legal to open carry, of course. Do I think it is smart or neighborly to do so everywhere? No I do not. Concealed carry is a much better way to exercise the right for several reasons.

Thanks for the heads up Switch

I agree 100% KY. Open carry doesn't help out anyone who's not carrying a gun for work related issues. Also, seems like 10 out of 10 times the ones open carrying are the exact ones we don't want as poster boys.

Done. My note:

This note is concerning the woman's group trying to bully you into prohibiting firearms in Kroger's. I respect your right to do as you see fit in your stores, but as an active member of the NRA, and other shooting associated forums and groups, I would be extremely disappointed if you allow them to badger you into submission. You will assuredly lose far more business from us than you will from them. Please consider this issue carefully.

I sent them a nice letter detailing the invalid and unsound premises of the ladies, and stated we would be glad to pick up any slack by moving our shopping from the week days to the weekends to make up for their losses. I also let them know that as of right now, I was posting this on every shooting social media forum that I know of, so please expect voluminous support that may or may not affect their server from the law abiding shooting community

done, I think it's important to point out to them that these type of groups bothering them are short lived and will move onto their next target shortly and that Krogers loyalty should be to their customers that built them and will continue to support them, not some group that won't deal in facts

This store has a liquor store inside, I wonder if I'm breaking any laws when I walk in the front sliding door? ...

I know you're probably joking but just in case: it has always been legal in Ohio to carry concealed in liquor stores, since they don't have a class D liquor license (i.e. to serve by the drink). With the changes of the last few years, you can carry into ANY place that serves liquor by the drink so long as you have a valid Ohio CHL, or a valid CHL from a state that OH recognizes, and you're not drinking.

I still see the stupid Division of Liquor Control signs that say "you MAY be guilty of a felony yada yada if you're carrying here" next to the beer cooler at the local Walgreens. I know they say "may" instead of "are" but whatever.....

Ha, I was going to post that. This happened about a mile from my house. One day, one of these roving bands of idiots are going to choose the wrong victim and are going to get laid down in a hail of hollow points. When that does happen here, the aftermath will make Ferguson look like a bunch of kindergartners rough housing on the playground.
